Pastry dumplings
Instructions
Thaw the pastry, thin with rolling pin and pull out into four squares.
Peel the apples and remove the core scoop provided, fill the cavity with a bit of sugar, two tablespoons of jam, (peaches and plums) and butter.
Put each Apple in the center of a square of dough, fold all four corners at the top.
Brush the parcels with egg yolk diluted in a little water.
Place them on a buttered and floured oven and cook for 40 minutes on medium heat.

- 4 small apples
- 1 pack of frozen shortcrust pastry
- 50 g of butter
- Flour
- 50 g of peach jam
- 50 g of plum jam
- 1 egg yolk
