The blueberry dumplings
Instructions
Beat the eggs with half the sugar.
Gradually add the flour, a pinch of salt, half of citrus juice and milk.
Stir thoroughly until mixture is very soft.
Caramelize quickly clean cranberries with orange peel, the rest of the citrus juice and sugar.
