Green beans egg Sauce
Instructions
Clean green beans and boil them in salted boiling water for a quarter of an hour.
Drain them and put them in a pan with the butter, seasoning for 10 minutes, add the chopped parsley, stir and lower the heat.
In a Holster diluted the two egg yolks with lemon juice and pour it over the beans.
Stir, then just thicken the egg.
Serve immediately.
