Instructions
Put to soak in a vase mint leaves with alcohol for about 2 days.
Add the wine and lemon peel, let stand for 2 days and filtered.
You can vary the recipe by adding 150 grams of honey: the liquor will gain a flavor that will make it even more palatable.
It must be eaten fresh in doses of 1-2 cups a day.
Mint liquor, in addition to being an excellent thirst-quencher, is a stimulant of the nervous system.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 25 cl of dry white wine
- 50 G = = Mint
- 2 lemon peels
