Instructions
Place the flour and put you in the Middle sugar, egg yolks, butter, cocoa, marsala, lemon zest.
Knead quickly, form into a ball and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Into balls, put them in a hot oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
Once cold, merge them two at a time with a little melted chocolate in a Bain-Marie.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of flour
- 150 g of butter
- 30 g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 g of sweet cocoa
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 tablespoon of marsala wine
- 1 tablet of white chocolate
