Instructions

Do Blanch almonds in boiling water, peel them and put them in the oven for roasting, then mince them with coarsely.

Put a bowl the ricotta cheese and knead dough with a fork.

Gradually add the sugar and ground almonds and roasted.

You can also add a tablespoon of liqueur of your choice.

Mix and divide the mixture thus obtained in two parts.

Grate the chocolate and combine it to a part of the compound.

The other add the yolks of the eggs.

Moisten the walls of the mold with the liquor of your choice, then pour on the bottom two spoonfuls of cream to which you added the eggs.

Make now a layer with ladyfingers soaked in liquor, then one with chocolate cream and so subject to availability of ingredients.

Passed in refrigerator and let stand until ready to serve.

Turn the mold onto a serving dish and decorate with whipped cream.
