Sweet suerte
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the margarine, at room temperature, with the icing sugar until it becomes frothy.
Add the egg yolks, one at a time, and the hot coffee (use the first one that comes out of the coffee maker, the remainder will serve for dipping the cooled biscuits) and whisk vigorously.
Arrange on serving dish six biscuits (in two rows of three) ben dunked in coffee, apply cream and continue doing other four layers of alternating with the cream biscuits.
Finish with cream and distribute it even on the sides.
Cover the entire surface with the grated chocolate and keep in a cool place until ready to serve.

- 3 tablespoons of hot coffee limited
- 30 rectangular biscuits
- 4 cups of cold coffee
- Grated dark chocolate
