Instructions

Knead the flour with 60 g sugar, 1 egg, the chopped soft butter and 2 tablespoons water.

Make a ball from rest for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Beat 4 egg yolks with sugar, add the sieved ricotta, raisins soaked and squeezed and mint in filini.

Incorporate the egg whites until foamy.

Cover with the paving mould buttered pasta.

Pour in the cream and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
