Coffee cake and nutella
Instructions
Beat the eggs in a bowl with sugar, 100 g of melted butter in a double boiler, coffee and finally the yeast.
Knead the mixture for about 10 minutes, then pour into a buttered and slide the Nutella previously melted in a Bain-Marie with a knob of butter; then pour the rest of the compound at the cafe.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 1/2 hour, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

- 200 g of flour
- 125 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of strong espresso coffee
- 1 sachet of vanilla baking powder
- Icing sugar
- 6 tablespoons of nutella
