Coffee cake and hazelnuts
Instructions
18122 coffee CAKE with HAZELNUT CREAM 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 125 g flour, 125 g sugar, 100 g of butter, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of coffee, 1 spoon of baking powder.
For the filling: 300 g whipped cream, 150 g of hazelnuts, 3 teaspoons of sugar, 1/2 cup of coffee.
For the cover: 150 g dark chocolate, 25 g of butter.
PROCEEDINGS Beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy, will add the melted butter, coffee, flour, baking powder and stir well, then add the egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a mold dipped in flour, Cook in the oven at medium temperature for 45 minutes.
Mix the cream with the sugar, chopped hazelnuts and coffee.
Divide the cake into three layers and fill it with the mixture.
Melt chocolate in double boiler with butter and decorate the cake using a pastry syringe with the nozzle.
