Pineapple cake
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan, sprinkle with sugar and 100 g on lay the slices of pineapple.
In a bowl mix the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and gradually add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Whip egg whites until foamy soda and blend with much delicacy to the egg mixture.
Pour it on slices of pineapple.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Remove, let cool, remove sides and serve.

- 5 slices of canned pineapple
- 60 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
