Instructions
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with half the sugar; stir the grated chocolate, cream, egg whites and flour.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile chop the walnuts, add to milk along with the butter mixed with the rest of the sugar.
Stir vigorously all ingredients and add the rum.
When cooked leave sfreddare the cake, cut it in half and fill with the cream.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 120 g of flour
- 6 eggs
- 300 g of sugar
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 125 g of butter
- 150 g of walnut kernels
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- Icing sugar
