Toast with mushrooms
Instructions
Peel the mushrooms as usual, then wash and dry quickly.
Finely chop the onion with the garlic and Bacon (you can chop all three of these ingredients together, putting them in the mixer).
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and, to moderate flame, fry the whole thing.
Meanwhile, place the mushrooms on the cutting board and chop coarsely with a knife and, when the sauce is ready, pour into the pan with the tomato sauce.
Stir, season with salt and a generous ground pepper and let Cook for about twenty minutes until the mushrooms are dried.
Remove the crust from the bread slices and lightly tostatele.
Arrange on a serving dish and put the mixture by sprinkling of mushrooms chopped parsley.
Serve very hot with a fresh glass of Vernaccia (or similar).

- 400 g of mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g of lean bacon
- 2 tablespoons of tomato
- Chopped parsley
- 20 thin slices of bread
