Toast with mushrooms (2)
Instructions
Cut the bread into slices, possibly round.
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth washing, cut into slices, put them in a pan with a thin layer of oil with a clove of garlic whole, when the oil is hot to cook the mushrooms for 3 minutes continuously turning them, add salt, remove from heat and add the finely chopped parsley.
So at this point add the sautéed mushrooms to the sauce Mornay, stir well, put the sauce with the help of a spoon over each crostone, sprinkle with the Parmesan, Gruyere cut small slices and bake in the oven, serve hot.

- 8 slices of apulian bread (or baguette)
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 50 cl of mornay sauce
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Grated gruyere cheese
