Instructions

Knead the flour, 30 g sugar, whole egg and egg yolk, milk and yeast.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, a buttered baking-pan foderatene and floured.

Peel the pears and cut them into slices; stendetele on dough, sprinkle with remaining sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and a little melted butter.

Put in oven at moderate heat for about 30 minutes.
