Instructions
The night before, put in a saucepan the milk, pinch of salt and, when it starts boiling, add the rice, leaving that absorb all the liquid. The next morning, add the yeast diluted in a little water and flour gradually. Do rest for 2 hours. After this time, form with the mixture of long, thin sticks, then FRY them in boiling oil or lard. Drain frying fat crispelle, arrange them on a serving dish and pour over the honey dissolved in a water bath. Serve hot.

- 1000 g of rice
- 1000 G = = 00 Flour
- 100 cl of milk
- 1 square of brewer's yeast
- Raw honey
- 1 pinch of salt
