Instructions
In a casserole stemperiamo the cream of rice in vegetable broth.
Bring slowly to the boil and bake, stirring with a wooden spoon, for about twenty minutes.
Then remove from heat and add a teaspoon of olive oil extra virgin and parmigiano reggiano.
