Tomato and pepper cream
Instructions
Prepare a mixture with the onion and the red pepper in olive oil, tomatoes and cut the pepper into cubes and add them to the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper, Cook for about 10 minutes, and then passed to the Mashers.
Put the cream on the fire and let it pick up until quite firm.
You can serve it cold garnished with a few leaves of basil, hot or adding small roasted breadcrumbs.

- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 white onion
- 1 chili
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
