Instructions
Pass through a sieve the ricotta, sugar and instant coffee and mix with a wooden spoon.
Stir in the ricotta coffee liqueur, mix well and add the egg whites gently, lifting the mixture from the bottom upwards.
Divide into 4 bowls and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 mounted egg whites until stiff
- 250 g of ricotta
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
- 3 tablespoons of coffee liqueur
