In a saucepan, stir the coffee cream and incorporate the sugar.
Put the Pan in a water bath and when the mixture is hot mix yolks well mounted, pouring them little by little.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Pour the cream in cups and keep them in the refrigerator until serving.
