Mussels with bacon
Instructions
Clean the mussels and let them open on high heat, covered.
Remove the mussels from the shells and put on skewers, alternating cubes of bacon.
Mix a few tablespoons of oil with a pinch of salt and pepper and lemon juice.
With the sauce, sprinkle the skewers with the sprig of Rosemary.
Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for about 5 minutes.

- 1000 g of big mussels
- 250 g of pancetta (sliced from 250 g)
- 1 lemon
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
