Apple Chops (Cotolette di Mele)
Instructions
Peel apples, remove the core and cut into thick slices.
Dip them in a pot with 25 cl of boiling sugar water for a few minutes.
Drain and dry.
Pass the Apple slices in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry the cutlets in Apple butter bubbling cuocendole from both sides.
Serve hot sprinkle with icing sugar and vanilla.

- 4 large apples
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of butter
- Breadcrumbs
- Vanilla icing sugar
