Apple Chops (Cotolette Alle Mele)
Instructions
Saute in a wide saucepan the butter, add chopped apples, stir and, after 5 minutes, place the slices of meat flour.
Let Brown on both sides, sprinkle with the wine, let it evaporate, salt and pepper.
Place the chops in a dish, pour the cooking sauce and serve hot.

- 8 pork cutlets
- 150 g of apples renette
- 50 g of butter
- Dry white wine
- Flour
