Lamb Chops with garlic
Instructions
In 2 different pans FRY in a little oil 800 g of potatoes into slices and 800 g of lamb chops.
Crush a head of garlic and dilute with 25 cl of white wine vinegar and a glass of water.
Pour this sauce over potatoes half and half on the lamb.
Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
Cook for 10 minutes, shaking focus occasionally pans.
Serve the lamb chops and potatoes on a serving dish.

- Little of olive oil
- 800 g of potatoes
- 800 g of lamb chops
- 1 head of garlic
- 25 cl of white wine vinegar
