Roast Kid with Rosemary and Potatoes (Cosciotto di Capretto con Rosmarino e Patate)
Instructions
Sprinkle roast generously with salt and pepper, punzecchiarlo here and there and put it to marinate the night before in a capable container with oil, lemon juice and Rosemary.
In the morning drain well, sprinkle with rosemary leaves, add the peeled potatoes, and cut and diced.
Place it on a griddle greased with oil and roast in the oven piping hot for 40/45 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade liquid.

- 1 leg of kid
- 5 large potatoes
- 2 lemons
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 10 cl of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
