Corona in sauce
Instructions
Wash the salad and divide it into leaves without breaking them.
In 1 serving platter arrange the leaves in concentric rings.
In 1 Bowl dilute mayonnaise with lemon juice and cream.
Chop the parsley and taken separately by a few leaves for garnish, onion and peppers.
Merge all to the sauce, season with paprika and salt.
Pour the sauce in the middle of the plate, decorated with parsley.

- 3 heads of belgian salad (endive)
- 200 g of mayonnaise ready
- 10 cl of cream
- 1/2 lemon
- Parsley
- 5 foot of pickled red pepper and yellow pepper in vinegar
- 1 cipollina
- Paprika
- Salt
