The fish, removed the innards, the fins and scales, is placed on the grill insaporendolo with oil and salt and, depending on your taste, even with fennel, garlic and Sage.
Let it cook slowly and turn it from time to time.
When cooked the fish opens and seasoned or with drops of lemon or salsa verde.
