Grilled whitefish (2)
Instructions
Clean and gut fish.
Season with salt and pepper on the outside and inside and fill the belly with 1 sprig of Rosemary and a few slices of garlic.
Arrange them on the Grill Pan and fry gently without burning them.
Separately, prepare a Green Sauce with ingredients.
When fish is cooked, serve the fillets coated with sauce.

- 2 whitefish from 500 g
- Some slices of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- For the sauce:
- Olive oil extra virgin of bolsena
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 anchovy
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Breadcrumbs
- Garlic
