Cups of blueberries
Instructions
Wash away, wash, dry cranberries and place in 1 Bowl with 2 tablespoons sugar, then put them in the fridge.
In 1 Bowl till frothy egg yolk with remaining sugar, using whisk 1 or 1 wooden spoon.
Mix the mascarpone cheese and add 1 shot of brandy.
Put this cream in the fridge.
When serving, mix cranberries, distribute the cream mixture into bowls and garnish with the waffles.

- 400 g of blueberries
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 1 egg yolk
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 dram of brandy
