Cups of coffee cream
Instructions
Beat well sugar, butter and egg yolk.
Get a cream, add the cold coffee and liqueurs.
Crumble biscuits in cups and pour the cream.
Garnish with cherries and whipped cream to taste and refrigerate.

- 1 cup of strong coffee

- 1 dram of rum
- 1/2 shot of cognac
- Some of candied cherries
