Cups of apricot
Instructions
Wash the apricots, cherries and divide them into two parts.
Put them in the Blender jar, add the lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Pour the puree in a bowl and gently add the whipped cream aside.
Spread the cream in cups that lay in the fridge.
When serving, decoratele with bits of apricot or with cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of apricots
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 200 g of whipped
- For garnishing:
- Some bits of apricot
- Cream
