The zabaglione bowls
Instructions
Put in a saucepan the yolks, sugar and 1/2 glass of marsala.
Put on the stove in a double boiler, beat the eggs with a whisk, until now although form a soft and homogeneous cream.
Be careful not to boil.
Lay on the bottom of 2 cups 4 sponge fingers, wet with the marsala, pour over the cream, leave to cool and serve.

- 100 g of sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 4 cups of marsala wine
- 8 biscuits savoiardi
