The zabaglione cake and coffee liqueur
Instructions
Cut a pan of Spain in two discs and soak the two internal slighly with coffee liqueur.
Even with zabaglione cream to coffee, with whipped cream and lower the upper disc, then close the two discs.
Cover the cake with melted chocolate (Bain-Marie) and garnish with sprigs of cream.

- Some clumps of cream
