Coffee nog
Instructions
Stir with a whisk the egg yolk and cream until foamy consistency.
Pour into a small saucepan, coffee, cognac, cocoa cream 1 teaspoon powdered sugar.
Heat over low heat and stir with a spoon.
Before that bubble, pour into a glass with the heated handle previously.
Add the cream.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.

- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cl of cream
- 20 cl of coffee
- 4 cl of cognac
- 2 cl of cocoa cream
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
