Clafoutis with cherries
Instructions
Washed and pitted cherries.
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them a little bit slightly; Add the salt and sugar and mix thoroughly.
Sift in the flour mixture and mix well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous.
Melt half the butter, pour it into a bowl, stir again and add the milk.
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle over the cherries.
Pour into the baking dish, sprinkle the surface with butter flakes and bake in moderate oven (200 degrees) for 40-45 minutes.
Baked the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Serve while still warm.

- 500 g of black cherries
- 4 eggs
- 125 g of sugar
- 80 g of flour
- 60 g of butter
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
