Pineapple Cream (Ananas Alla Panna)
Instructions
Blend bananas with a few tablespoons of brandy.
Incorporate the cream whipped cream, stirring gently.
Arrange the pineapple slices on 4 plates, sprinkle brandy over each slice and form a pyramid of banana cream.
Place a cherry on top and sprinkle with brandy again.
