Pineapple cream (3)
Instructions
Peel the bananas and blend with a few tablespoons of brandy.
Stir in the mashed bananas, whipped cream gently.
Put pineapple on 4 small plates and spray of brandy.
On each slice of pineapple make a banana cream dome.
Garnish with the cherry, and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of canned pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 200 g of whipped cream sweetened
- 4 cherries in syrup
- A few tablespoons of brandy
