Instructions

Boil the chicory for a quarter of an hour in salted water, sgocciolatela and wring it out.

In a pan take heat three tablespoons of olive oil with the garlic and crushed red pepper.

When the garlic has browned delete and add the shredded chicory.

Add salt and pepper and let stand for 10 minutes.
