Shrimp chutney
Instructions
Cook the shrimp steam with bay leaf or thyme, sgusciarli.
Crush them in a mortar with the toasted peppers 10 minutes in hot oven to 200 degrees and peeled, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
When the dough is well worked add little by little olive oil, stirring quickly with a pestle in order to obtain some kind of cream.
Substitute in a container from a starter, cool.
Serve with croutons.

- 500 g of prawns
- Leaf 1 of laurel (or 1 sprig of thyme)
- 2 sweet peppers
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
