Instructions

You anoint with oil the bottom of the pot (crock) and put the meat to remove the pink.

Immediately after add peppers, onion and garlic chopped fine and let the meat and vegetables you restrict as much as possible (about 30 minutes).

At this point add the spoon of vinegar, teaspoon of sugar and a cup of hot water with tablespoon of concentrate (if you already have cooked the beans better use their cooking water).

Mix well, let go another ten minutes, and then add the spices and tomatoes.

Cook for at least two to three hours, until you have time and, half an hour before the end, add the tomatoes.

The Chili con Carne is excellent served with steamed Basmati rice or boiled.

Go well with other risi, preferable, of course, those salads that do not attack.

Excellent also with soft toasted bread slices or jacked potatoes.
