Instructions

Mix in a bowl the flour with a spoon of salt and about 30 cl of warm water until mixture is smooth.

Then knock it on a work surface for 10 minutes until it becomes soft and elastic, then formed a dough, wrap it up in a film for food and let rest for half an hour.

Divide the dough into 16 balls, formed parts and stendetele with a rolling pin into thick disks about a millimeter.

Heat a frying pan to the bottom often or a cast iron plate and bake the discs a few minutes per side, until bubbles form and takes on a golden color.

Brush bread served with butter.
