Instructions
Mix well all ingredients in a bowl with your hands.
Cut into small cylinders of the diameter of a finger, you can cut long pieces about seven centimeters (cooking five reduce them).
Place the cevapcici thus obtained already hot grill (it would take the charcoal, but also the electric plate or grid go well), until lasciandoveli have become very dark and have released most of their fat.
You will need to turn them over once in a while.
Serve with plenty of raw onions sliced not too thin and/or with ajvar sauce (raw, ground red pepper and mixed with garlic, oil, vinegar).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of pulp minced beef
- 200 g of minced lamb meat
- 200 g of minced pork meat
- 100 g of well-beaten lard
- == 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 glass of white wine (optional)
- Salt
- Abundant of pepper
