The goodies to boil in salted water for a few minutes, just long enough that date back afloat. Meanwhile, turn the oven to 180° c. Drain the gnocchi with a skimmer and pour into a baking dish from the oven. Toss with cheese and diced small speck and pour the cream.

Put in oven at mid-height and cook until golden brown on the surface (about 15 minutes). Serve immediately, tasty and fragrant.

Ingredients and dosing for 5 persons

  • 500 gr. of potato chicche (small potato dumplings for sale in the supermarket fridge)
  • 1 slice of bacon cut a bit thicker
  • diced reduced
  • half smoked cubed
  • 150 gr. fresh cream (whipping cream)
  • salt and pepper
