Potato Chicche with Bacon and smoked
Instructions
The goodies to boil in salted water for a few minutes, just long enough that date back afloat. Meanwhile, turn the oven to 180° c. Drain the gnocchi with a skimmer and pour into a baking dish from the oven. Toss with cheese and diced small speck and pour the cream.
Put in oven at mid-height and cook until golden brown on the surface (about 15 minutes). Serve immediately, tasty and fragrant.

- 500 gr. of potato chicche (small potato dumplings for sale in the supermarket fridge)
- 1 slice of bacon cut a bit thicker
- diced reduced
- half smoked cubed
- 150 gr. fresh cream (whipping cream)
- salt and pepper
