Fried chicken balls
Instructions
Pour the chicken in a large bowl, add the eggs, parsley, a pinch of salt, pepper and cheese. Work the mixture with your hands and form balls. Meanwhile prepare a sauce by saute the shallot in the oil, add the chopped tomatoes, basil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.
Fry the Meatballs in hot oil, down on paper towels. Lay the meatballs on a serving dish and ricoprile with the sauce. Serve at the table the fried chicken meatballs.

- 1 shallot
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 250 g ripe tomatoes
- Basil
- frying oil
- white pepper
- fine salt
- 200 gr grated pecorino cheese
