Crescia with Grasselli
Instructions
Knead all the ingredients together with the grasselli (pork cracklings) and stretch out the dough on a baking sheet. Do you rise in the oven heated to above 50 degrees. Cook 10-12 minutes for the pizza to 220/250 degrees.

- 300 gr flour manitoba
- 200 gr grasselli
- 1 sachet dry Brewer's yeast
- 10 gr sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- 300 ml warm water
