Instructions

Make a soft dough with egg, water, oil and flour needed.

Let it rest for 2 hours in a plastic bag.

Pull on a tarp in a thin pastry dough.

Mix sugar, raisins and anise seeds and spread on the dough.

Sprinkle with a little oil and roll up with the cover.

Place in a greased baking, grease the surface and bake in the oven at 200 degrees already warm for 20 minutes.
