Semolina bread
Instructions
Put all ingredients in Blender and mix until the dough becomes smooth and compact. Cover with film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour then stir again. Take it out and compose as forms of sandwiches. Place the rolls in a non-stick pan at a safe distance from each other and leave to rise again for 1 hour.
Place in oven preheated to 22° (gas oven) with under a pot filled with water to create moisture and make the rolls under does not burn.
