Preheat oven to 190 degrees. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, paprika, lemon peel and salt. In another bowl mix the lemon juice, the marsala with a tablespoon of water.

Pass the chicken breasts in the liquid and then in crumb mixture, pressing well and trying to completely cover chicken. Put the chicken breasts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, then spray them with olive oil. Bake in hot oven for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons

3-4 handfuls of breadcrumbs
Peel of 1 lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 pinch of fine salt
The juice of 1 lemon
4 half chicken breasts (each approx. 150 g.)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons marsala
