Breaded cauliflower
Instructions
Wash cauliflower and lessarlo in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes.
Leave it to drain it al dente, cool and divide into florets.
Pass before the florets in the flour, then in beaten eggs with a little salt and finally in breadcrumbs.
FRY a few at a time, bubbling butter and season with salt before serving.

- 100 g of butter
- 3 eggs
