Homemade spinacine
Instructions
Boil spinach in Thermomix for 7 min. 1 speed to 100° (or cook in a saucepan with the remaining water from the wash). Chop and then to speed 4-5 and put them aside. In mixing bowl combine the chicken breast pieces made, salt, grain, soaked and wrung bread, grated nutmeg and the egg. Chop everything up to 20-25 sec. 9-10 speed. Then add the spinach and mix all; form meatballs that we spend in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil and FRY until golden brown spinacine.
The doses indicated serve to prepare 14 medium-sized spinacine.

- 200 gr. fresh spinach or 2 cubes of frozen ones
- 1 whole chicken breast without ossicles
- 1 egg
- 2 slices of bread soaked in milk
- 2 large handfuls of chopped parmesan or grana
- salt and nutmeg to taste.
